Well, this sucks. I haven't been watching closely but it appears that the court has sold substantially all the assets and some assumed assets like those associated with black lung disease for $52 mil, leaving those holding about $821 mil in unsecured senior debt sucking wind.

Never thought I would take a total loss on senior unsecured, unsubordinated debt with buys in the 15 cents on the dollar area.
