If more than a dozen POS stocks have no MJ/Hemp license(s) (or seeking to have those licenses from Health Canada) could trade btw. $.04 to $2.50 PPS, then POS DSCR (has legit JVs, has HC Industrial Hemp License, has O/S 3-5x lower than some of those POS, in the process of growing hemp & about to harvest...) should be trading a lot higher than POS $.0030s!
