$$$ ANAS $$$ Been a long road!
Although this company has only been around for a few short months, we have already seen three different CEO's? Not sure who all sits on the BOD, but seems that someone is making some changes?
I have been out of the Country for a couple weeks, and it has been all kinds of shook up in here! I do find it disheartening that Manny had "Stepped Down"...or um....replaced by Matt, but hopefully it is for the better. Not sure that he is still with the company...about as clear as what happened to Chris? Just as the issue of 1 preferred Share was written in for Chris, 1 was issued for Manny, and now 1 for Matt...what exactly does that mean? When they are no longer the CEO, the 1 Share of Preferred to give them 51% ownership goes where??? to the next CEO?
I also read in the Quarterly that the two debt holders...East Light and Globe Idol were given 100 Million Free Trading Shares WITH NO RESTRICTIONS each to cover the loans...so are they settled and considered Paid in full now? I am guessing that they had sold all of their 200 Million over the past couple of weeks/Months, and that was who kept driving the pps down. Everyone speculated Chris...and that may very well be so, but does anyone have any concrete proof?
I also see that 300 Million was added to the Issued count...bringing it up to (2,659,983,160 as of: 06/30/14)
So, did Chris get 100 Million as a severance package as well?
If not, then why were the other 100 Mill issued and not disclosed on the Quarterly?
Please someone ask this via Twitter if you have an account, because I do not have one. Matt signed it, so he should know where the other 100 Mill went? Also ask if a reverse split is in the future of this company. I saw where he said he would consider a buy-back at a future date, but not now.
Anyway...still getting caught up for now, will post more later, but feel free to reply if you have any info that I am missing.
I'm still sitting on 18.5 Million shares myself, and am very tempted to buy more at this PPS, but think I will wait to see what the Letter to Shareholders brings tomorrow before I react.
