Its not a victory for Huffman nor is it a loss, however it isnt a victory for Pierce either, if Huffman failed to answer then it would have been an easy victory for Pierce and the shares would have went back with Pierce and and he could have easily had them destroyed and that would be the end of it.

That is no longer the case, Huffman provided evidence as far as the judge is concerned to cancel the summary judgement, where it goes from here is anyone's guess.
