$0.46 + $0.35 = $0.81 for the first six month EPS

$0.40 EPS/qtr. might be a conservative earnings run rate, think P/E of 10 for FULL year earnings of $1.60

still excellent value here to be realized. Also last 3 PR's include language adressing cap ratio which is currently 6.23%, bet a capital raise of some sort is already in the making

.46 + .78 = $1.24 earnings for the first 6 months of 2014 would be fantastic if it holds true.

$1.24 x a very conservative P/E of 10 = $12.40

No go.

At the bank level net income was $1.309MM..however the Holding Company expenses take a much bigger bite out of that income than were hoped for leaving shareholders with $400K or $0.35 per share for the quarter.

That's still a decent number. Is it a great number? no. Decent number? you bet.
