I have (2) questions and I am going to ask them every morning untilone or both of them are answered. I am not trying to be argumentative or negative, but shareholders have a right to know and the BOD & CEO need to know shareholders are not sheep, we will push back when we don't get satisfactory answers, or worse, no answer at all.

Question #1) Where is our dividend?
So far the company has been long on explanations & reasons why we don't have it and short on delivery.

Question #2) What did WNTR shareholders get in exchange for giving away a 2.2 Million asset to GCHI?
I am referring to the 2.2 Millon dollar A/R WNTR decided to 'give' to GCHI.
