The facts are, company canceled 449m shares in the last 18 months, o/s was 500m, now it´s 51m o/s and you try to tell us they issue shares. lol
They also decreased the a/s. These signs are positive and not how scams act!
You also posted, we have to look at the history of the stock.
If you buy a house and the formerly owner was a fraudster,
would you like it if other people call you the same just
because you bought his house?
Another fact, the stock is 50000% up in the last 12 months.
In dilution stocks there are t-trades for example!
Why are there no t-trades here, hm?
You don´t like facts and i suggest if you don´t like otc stocks, post in all boards and warn people and not only here.
Or the smarter decision would be, don´t buy them and let people make their own experience. It doesn´t make any sense what you are doing!
Seems one of the best performing marijuana stocks in a moment all people selling marijuana stocks, is the only one you like to warn people.
I would spend my time in stocks with signs of dilution, fraud but not in stocks where you don´t know anything!
And this is the case here. You have no arguments, no point and your posts are not solid.
Other people who warn investors like Janice S. for example, they stick with facts but they don´t tell them what to do and they don´t try to scare people without having arguments!
Company did nothing wrong! And at least i would wait until they make mistakes before you post "scam"(in bold of course)...
