Yes, naked shorting is a common practice in high volumes throughout the US markets I believe. Stocks are even trading on foreign exchanges where they are not legally a part of those particular stock markets. With the SEC singling out and mentioning HEMP when, as of now, with no evidence of HEMP involvement presented, it seems fraudsters are strong at the SEC to manipulate, imo.
