Just so everyone knows.

There are around 688,000 shares issued if Gerry Lenfest converted his preferred shares to common.

Gerry Lenfest owns the equivalent of 631,000 of the 688,000 shares issued.

That leaves around 57,000 shares for the rest of the world to hold.

Management, directors, etc. have filed with the SEC they own around 19,000 shares. That leaves maybe 38,000 shares.

Between Joe, a few other friends and I we own around 12,000. So that leaves maybe 26,000 shares.

I'll pull a number out of the air and guess other longs who "ain't sellin'" own at least 6,000 shares. So that leaves maybe 20,000 shares for others to try to buy.

So the whole kit & caboodle of 20,000 shares would be valued at about $350,000 at today's closing price.

The company reported it was profitable in two quarters in 2013. Revenues are increasing.

21st Century Fox announced a $6 billion share buyback today.

$350,000.

huh.
