You have posted repeatedly that the LUBBOCK ANGELS hired JB.

And continue to pay his salary.

I do not believe that first part. MP was the one that hired him.

I do believe the second part. But there has been no announcement of a specific bequest to CDEX, which is what it would be...a bequest. While not illegal, such bequests would have to be reported as significant events.

Doc bought 2 million shares but off the public regular market over time. No money for the company. He did convert some warrants, also.. duly reported.

Selective reporting by the company is not legal.
