I was speaking of the SEC's rule regarding posting the Form 10 to Edgar.

You bring up a good point...


As far as they're concerned, if you break the rules you may have serious problems.

If your statement is true, wouldn't there be further action taken when a company posts a PR 6 months after being suspended for Questions regarding adequacy and accuracy of PRs that shows increased revenue IN A PR?

Why didn't the SEC take further action regarding KMAG's PR on April 26, 2013? Yes, 2013, over 14 months ago. Could it be, that it is accurate?
