wingnut2tight, just so you know...

It was the Sheriff's Office that personally told me that it is the Tax Assessor who is the governing authority for such. Please, don't believe me, call them and ask them if such is determined by them or the Tax Assessor. Again, I did call them which is where I was originally told such.
