What surprises me are the pathetic attempts to discredit
JR. Over the last 2 plus years that I have been invested here,
I have seen repeated attacks with little or no substance.

Innuendos about the investigation continuing after almost 2 years on a suspended grey sheet stock. LAUGHABLE!!! No way the SEC has that kind of money to waste.

JR has posted on FB that he HAS 2 years audited financials.
JR has posted on FB that the Form 10 would be submitted once they had the business license in place.

Wouldn't this be enough for the SEC to finally shut him down?

What would JR gain by trying to mislead EXISTING shareholders?
What does he gain by me continuing to hold my shares?
