Lol who are u kidding? Merger announced last oct'13. It's been close to a year and this worthless company taking more than a year to close dummy merger give me a break. When merger was announced energy products know very well the debt on the books. Now out of no where pr on court order from October that was never disclosed for 9 months until April and sell billions of shares to fill the pockets.

Do you see the drama by these thieves Gilbert and his EIS buddies to rip off shareholders. There is no merger and both Are dummy companies with dummy merger.
