Quarterly financials do not get audited, is the CEO implying his plan is to only have the 2nd QTR audited? What about the 1st QTR? Even if Frank planned for just a quarterly audit it wouldn't be accurate without auditing the entire year before that, and the year before that...
Has anyone verified who the auditing firm is?
