Potential Misconduct and Securities fraud at Biolase?

I just saw that the former CEO of Biolase, Federico Pignatelli, accused the Company along with the directors and management of misconduct. He made an announcement over business wire. Looks like financial information got leaked to Oracle, the Company's largest shareholder, before the information was made public. Also looks like Alex Arrow, former president and director of Biolase, misappropriated some corporate opportunities for Biolase and instead gave them to Neocis, an Oracle start-up.

I'm very suspicious about what's going on here.

Does anyone know anything about this?
