The balance sheet is a train wreck. APPZ’s operational expenditures are just as grim. In the first 9 months of 2013, APPZ spent $476,016 to generate just $17,142 in gross profit. $326,000 of this went to general and administrative expenses. APPZ paid another $69,651 for “consulting.” Not sure what value these consultants are adding. It’s certainly not growing revenue to the point where APPZ breaks even. Consider, $11,470 of 3Q13 revenue came from management support services provided to Text Kills, “a division” of Iconosys. Actually Text Kills is Wayne Irving’s non-profit. The OC Register gave Irving an award for his charity work in 2012.


It would seem the jig is up.
