Hi MM, buildout wasn't the term they used , but I was referring to the reason Wsgi gave for the sale of LTAS in the first place. Just trying to show that Ltas is now in the same position that it was in before the sale but we shareholders have a lot less than 100% interest in now.

Your timeline could be correct but they could have at least waited to sell till 60 days past Nie14.2 which is when the reports should come out. As we know the Wasp was involved and carried multiple payloads, thinking the Wasp may be part of the aerial tier that was deferred. But still think they could have waited, why not shelve it and wait another year to sell? The government or situations could change quickly imo. What was the rush to sell if there aren't orders coming in?

As a result of WSGI's inability to adequately fund LTAS, the Principals of LTAS and WSGI came to believe that it would be in the best interest of all parties to look to sell LTAS to a group that could properly fund it so it can grow and develop as we had envisioned.
