Something about Neah's silence tells me we're in for a shock and awe campaign in the not too distant future. I can't imagine a CEO doing Q&As then going graveyard silent because he's unable to meet a deadline.
However, I can envision a company going silent as part of a product launch. It's analogous to the silence before the start of a July 4th fireworks display--Unadulterated quietness followed by a barrage incredibleness!

lol, that's my end of week rambling speculative conjecture...
