Has the tipping point been reached?

I'm thinking not quite yet, but it can't be that far away now.

If a note holder converted a $50K note a week ago it would get about 15 million shares. They could sell it out a few million shares a day. That appears to be happening now.

If all the note holders converted it would mean 200 million new shares, give or take.

If they all converted their notes, they'd have something of a dilemma. If all sold immediately the stock would crash completely. If they all cooperated to sell slowly, Cyclone could go bankrupt and the stock would stop trading. Or one could cheat and crash the market for the others, leaving them with nothing.

Only one note is secured, and even then the assets are quite iffy, e.g., $500K of engine parts at cost.

Maybe the note holders would get the shell company?

Interesting times.
