Well RnR, that is exactly my point! Why would they feel that they will be able to SELL these shares for a profit @ 3 or any price if they didn't believe that this is going to go back up? If I recall, there was over 200 million shares Already for sale @ 3 so these would not be the first to be sold at that price either.

It still sounds positive to me.
