No CDEx stock promoter wants to comment on the false and misleading Bumfield PR's. It's one thing to error in the anticipated progress of a new product, but to do it in every single PR can hardly be by error.

If Bumfield was concerned about gaining the trust of shareholders, he should have corrected his false and misleading PR's after it was clear he was in error. Instead he continued misleading investors PR after PR.

CDEx (a company on the verge of Chapt. 7) desperately needed funding to survive, it appears that they embellished the PR's to provide compelling news to close PP sales. That is not something that can be easily undone by later correcting the PR.

This should be a red flag warning to all investors:

"No hype on bogus pr's, as was the norm from the loch days and first 9 years of Cdex."

"CDEx moved pass the Penny Stock scamster stuff, when a true business man and leader was brought in by pper's."

The facts certainly suggest that Bumfield has continued to operate CDEx exactly like his predecessors, nothing but hype and bogus PR's.

Pennstreet almost had it right, CDEx was a scam and continues to be a scam with the same old penny stock scamster stuff.

Amazing that anyone would believe a word that CDEx (Bumfield, Poteet... etc.) says without complete 100% verification.
