Terry is still trying to hawk those fake bonds over in Europe.
That will never happen.
And just how RDG and ERGO acquired those PFNO shares is anyones guess.

My guess is no money changed hands and everything depends on those bonds. Those fake bonds being real....LOL

Without seeing the actual contract and nobody reporting, nobody knows.

All I know is anyone connected to Terry or Sid are probably of the same ilk. Penny cons.

If you can buy a fully reporting penny shell for about 50 Gs,
why would you buy an unregistered shell with scads of debt for any more ?
PFNO has over 1,200 shareholders of record, and that's not even counting the CEDE street names.
