QUESTIONS TO ASK. I am going to do everything possible to attend the meeting by phone. However, I am a bit under the weather at the moment. If possible, please ask these questions if no one else does.
1) How many shares of Common Stock are outstanding as of June 19th? Right now the number is 353 Million shares.
2) What is the estimate for the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding by December 2014?, 2015? 2016? A ball park estimate would be welcome.
3) Given that TDCP must on occasion pay for services by issuing Common Stock, what is the potential number of all shares that could be issued?
4) How much notice will TDCP give prior to a possible reverse split? What are the chances TDCP will do a reverse split in 2015? 2016? or 2017?
5) What is the ideal number of outstanding Common Stock in managements' opinion for TDCP when C-Space is finally ready to go to market?
