Marijuana plants with very low THC are being considered as HEMP and this is how Calkin and many in the industry will educate the public, " it's not marijuana if it doesn't have the regular levels of THC as your typical MJ plant"
The John Doe will feel more comfortable giving his sick child a hemp CBD capsule than a marijuana CBD capsule.
