Rawnoc, How about we check out your impeccable sources? I ride quite a bit of bicycle and have had the chance to visit with Dr Seymour about it.

Two questions that should be easy for you to answer. 1) What is the brand and model of Dr Seymour's road bike? 2) What added feature does he use to facilitate ascending steep grades?

Btw, my power bar of choice is a Clif Bar. And I have no strong preference on which brand of 'kleenex' I use because Puffs etc. seem to work just as well as Kleenex.
