Where pennstreet admits that Loch/CDEx has been nothing more than a scam:

"No hype on bogus pr's, as was the norm from the loch days and first 9 years of Cdex."

"Cdex moved pass the Penny Stock scamster stuff, when a true business man and leader was brought in by pper's."

It is apparent to most readers that the scam has not changed. CDEx has not moved past the pennystock scam stuff Once a scam, always a scam, the wise old saying is certainly true here.

Bumfield (the true businessman and leader of one CDEx LOL!) Has lied to investors and the court on several occasions. This is what a penny stock scam does when trying to secure sucker money from uninformed PP investors. This is what Loch/CDEx did and, evidently, is continuing to do. This is what a desperate CDEx had to do to secure PP money when they were on the verge of going Capt. 7 bankruptcy. CDEx has been telling a whole new set of whopper lies.

The fact that our angel CDEx promoter, pennstreet, is trying to elevate the status of an uneducated, failed businessman as a corporate leader should immediately raise a red flag! In reality, the only positive thing that can be said of Bumfield is that he has submitted the SEC filings in on time. How utterly sad when that's the only positive thing that can be said when trying to promote the CDEx "corporate leader"?

My question to pennstreet is this, were your PP investors aware that CDEx was a scam when they invested their money? You have made it quite clear that you have been aware of it all along. Do you say to them, "CDEx was a scam, but don't worry, it's not a scam anymore."

I suppose it's not your fault if they haven't seen through the newest set of bogus PR's and hype disseminated by Bumfield. They shouldn't have trusted the information coming from a known scam. How stupid is that? If you never informed them that CDEx was a scam they still should have at least done their DD, right?

And then there's Poteet, he's certainly becoming much more active in supporting CDEx and their failed products. As a scientist, doesn't he know that the products will never perform as advertised? Doesn't he know that the advertised product upgrades will never happen? Did they bump up his salary to compensate his for his new supporting role? Afterall, he does this for the money right, there's no altruism.

Just how far will Poteet go for the almighty dollar?

It seems is me that it continues to boil down to the same question concerning Poteet. How could he not know what's going on? Would he do the honorable thing and walk away from CDEx if he knew that investors were getting ripped-off or would he play dumb and just cash his checks?

There are just too many aggravating circumstances involving Poteet with this scam I don't believe can be explained away. They convince me that the odds of Poteet not knowingly participating in the CDEx scam are astronomically small.

As Amanita said, when you peel back the layers of the CDEx onion Poteet is always at the core (paraphrased).
