No I stated if the VC get 40% for a investment it wouldn't matter where the investment money came from. The company is only concerned with getting investment for capitalized. How would the company know where the money came from other than the individual investing in the company. I believe the original money came from a financial institution.
I still bought a few shares again today So far no real drop like you anticipated
