Adrock. I'm gonna give you a piece of unsolicited advice which you are free to ignore. Don't waste your time with IR. Call the company directly and speak to someone in management (preferably someone subject to Sarbanes-Oxley).

IR contacts, especially USPR's since it is an outside IR company, only knows what the company tells them. Inherently, there is the possibility for mis-communication, or the IR contact may not have the same understanding of the subject matter that the company does and makes an honest mistake.

Also, companies, not all but some, can use third party IR people to kinda mislead, or misdirect, or stall investors because third party IR people are not subject to Sarbanes Oxley and can't be prosecuted or fined for mistaken comments.

Again, just a piece of advice, feel free to do whatever you think.
