I sent two emails. One was sent to him direct, the other through investor relations on the website.

Hi James,

I got your email address from WHOIS. I was checking out your 1st Prestige Wealth Management website. It's very impressive. It says the ticker can be found on the OTC, but I can't find it. I'd love to invest. Any help would be great.

I think his response to me was a mistake, but it's telling

If we have website privacy then how is it that I'm identified through "WHOIS" and this person is contacting me?

I have a great deal of delicate negotiations and agreements yet to be worked out with our investor and parties

advising our investor. I also don't need curious third parties knowing anything about our company, its ownership, control and management.

We'll address later this morning.

I'm appreciative of your expression of interest. You have effectively contacted a representative of 1st Prestige Wealth Management involved with the investor relations function.

I'd enjoy getting to know you better and helping you with your expressed interest of investing with us. if you are available I'd care to know something of your investment activity, types of holdings you hold currently and your investment objectives.

Best regards,

I'm sorry if cause any problems. It really took a great deal of work to figure this out, but your WHOIS contact info wasn't really necessary to determine what was happening. I was alerted due to the Reinstatement of Power Technology - PWTC, and it's name change to Supply Fully Holdings, Inc. You are listed as President on the Nevada Secretary of State Filings. To determine which James Edwards you were, I looked on corporationwiki, and found that a James Edwards also was affiliated with 1st Prestige Wealth Management. I checked Nevada SOS, and your address and registered agent matched. I saw a website, Jim Jaime Edwards | AEM Californias

which confirmed you were the person tied to 1st Prestige Wealth Management.

So, as the trail of information continued, your 1stPrestige website was uncovered. That really was confirmation for me, aligning with your background.

I hope you are not upset I uncovered this. In a separate email, through your website on the investor relations page, I contacted you as well. You asked what my investment intentions were. I really don't want to waste your time with this, but I'm just a Middle Class American, trying to keep my family in a strong financial position, by using my passion for researching, business knowledge (part of a family owned commercial earthwork and material & concrete supplier corporation), and investing. My portfolio is not large, I focus on new and emerging opportunities. My largest holding is in the financial sector.

To be honest, there are some other individuals that know about what is happening with 1st Prestige. I fully respect that you are in the process of further negotiations in your venture, and I will take your direction on what to do here. I have already told the people I know to be aware of this to not start emailing you and that this may be sensitive, and people making phone calls and digging here may upset what you have going on. I respect that, however, I feel that the extensive research and time I've put into putting these pieces together deserve a small degree of respect.

I fully appreciate your time and I look forward to hearing back from you on how I should proceed in anticipation of the opportunity to invest in your company when it becomes publically tradeable.

Again, I fully appreciate your time.
