What's up Gary. I don't believe they will announce to shareholders any additional shares given to Ironridge during the calculation period. We may just see the total of shares Ironridge received during the CP and what they may receive after the CP once the Calculation Period ends. There are a few unknowns to how many shares Ironridge can ask for after they use up their "initial 435 million" shares. APT may give them 435 mill more upon request.. I'll have to check back to the agreement on those specifics. I don't believe APT can give them small increments to help stabilize the share price. Ironridge has all of the control when it comes to asking for shares as long as they don't own 9.99% of the OS at any one time. I'm still not too worried about all this, it will all come to an end soon enough. :)
