In today's economy, we all need to be on the lookout for ways to cut costs and save money. It is no different for municipalities. Any county or city provides buses for their residents to transport them to different areas of the city/county. Being able to recharge the batteries rather than refueling will save hundreds of thousands of dollars instantly. The last thing we need is another bankrupt city.
