Zisapel brothers’ RADLive in first fund-raising round
The company is developing an enterprise telephony system.

Sources inform ''Globes'' that that RADLive Ltd., which is developing a telephone switchboard system for large enterprises, is in the midst of its first financing round. According to IVC Research, RADLive was founded in 2005 by brothers Yehuda and Zohar Zisapel, and by RADLive CEO Menachem Cohen. The company has ten employees.
Zohar Zisapel declined to comment on the report. He told “Globes”, “The company is in the preliminary stages of its activities, and I prefer not to talk about it. In the coming months, the company will continue to grow, and then I’ll be willing to comment. I prefer not to comment at this time.”

Cohen previously served as CEO of Datasphinx, president of Mercado Software Ltd ., executive VP at Taldor Group (TASE: TALD), and VP R&D at a subsidiary of the Zisapel brother’s Rad-Bynet Group.
