Not sure of the "Exact" Metes & Bounds description of where the Mill is located over there at Lovelock but came across this Application for Water Permit in the Lovelock newspaper. From the link provided below, look for the 3rd legal notice on that page.

Legal No 26054 APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 83785 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 24th day of April 2014 Cyanco of Winnemucca, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 100 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 76719. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/ 4 SW1/4, Section 09, T36N, R36E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 09 bears S 48 degrees 29 minutes 20 seconds W., a distance of 1,219.00 feet (approx. 9 miles WNW of Winnemucca, Nevada). Water will be used for mining, milling, and mineral exploration purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 6, T35N, R37E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 06 bears N 64 degrees 08 minutes E, a distance of 3,028.00 feet. Water was used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Jason King, P.E.
