FINRA wants the case settled to issue a new ticker. TEMN already has a new CUSIP. This has all been filed with the SEC.

The 35 promos you mentioned were likely done by the people that printed the counterfeit CERTS. Of course the promo argument is a red herring. Promos are legal if disclosed. Printing counterfeit CERTS isn't. Surely you know this.
