9m blocks @ 0.0002 AH. Weird... [EDIT: added price for Billy)

Starting at 16:11:10, a series of 9m share blocks @ 0.0002 starting trading after hours, each a few secs after the previous. I just watched 30 of these happen (300m shares), and they're still coming as I type.

This seems odd, too regular a pattern for AH retailers. Maybe the MMs balancing their books amongst themselves?

Any thoughts?
