mmugzy...Actually, if one looks at the time lines and people involved, the high priced attorneys did not get involved until the deal was made. When the agreement was made, it appears the only announced attorney(s) involved was the "in-house" attorney (Lienwald? sp). In any event I am extremely dissapointed in the entire unprofessional process. Huff is definitely getting an education, and I don't think he will make this same mistake twice.
