I was watching the raw data on Quote Tracker yesterday for GOTO. Some of the trading was done when the bid and ask were the same. In one case it set up a sell of a 57k block. I assume this sometimes occurs when there is an inbalance of trades that the MMs are trying to clear. Is this correct?
