Why does Nemegosenda have 2 43-101s?
What was wrong with the first one?

Could it have something to do with Scott giving the public a material piece of information about a resource estimate that he was actually not allowed to give because it is not true?

I agree with you that saying they anticipate X will happen is not against the law that is why everything he says comes out that way. If he actually meant to do what he said he wouldnt be making forward looking statements and the shareholders wouldnt have the need to translate the PRs

They could be charged with civil fraud if someone wanted to spend the money. But it would be futile. If the judgement went against them they would just file bankruptcy and nobody would get paid. That is a good reason for a stinky pink to keep the asset value below liabilities.
