FROZ For the advise of anyone who may have followed me here, I sold my position today for a significant % loss but a small dollar loss as it was just a lotto play. I will not be reentering
I thought this might be a fairly straightforward case of a good company stepping into a shell.
It turns out to be pretty messy, including toxic financing.
There are way too many shares in the A/S as well as the O/S.
I believe a R/S is inevitable. Those usually turn out badly, with the PPS sinking to former levels.
An indication of an eventual R/S is the great number of shares given out to employees.
I doubt the company (APT) is profitable. If it were, debt may have been handled differently than the onslaught of dilution currently underway.
Further harming this play has been the conscious dissemination of false information on this board, such as with the O/S.
I withdraw my affirmation of the board guru.
If you are going to play it as I know a lot of folks enjoy these, I strongly suggest it be on a "lotto play" basis (limited shares).
After the financials are known, much better investing decisions can be made.
It should be said that I look at this with the eyes of a big board player. I realize as far as penny stocks go, this is more promising than most.
Inexperienced traders ("newbees") should know the odds of a penny stock company succeeding are bad, though sharpies do well trading but that is not you.
At best, this is going to be a long slough.
Good luck to all,
MG
