A RM is possible but often companies quit filing because of the cost. SAGD has no money. Plus I would hate to RM into a company who's share structure is much greater than SAGD. If the do a RM with the resulting company being SAGD and SS intact that would be fantastic! If the RM into a company who's ss is in the Billions welll....
