Now we find out that PhOT did nothing wrong and is not being investigated.

Last time Folks, that is wrong in so many ways and is total nonsense.

FINRA investigated and found wrong doing so they turned it over to the SEC.

The SEC investigated, deemed their was wrong doing, put it before an investigative board and decided they had plenty of evidence to support a suspension and as a result send PHOT to the greys to die a slow death.

They did a lot wrong. At this point the investigation is on “pause” while they decide how to handle the next phase of the investigation/prosecution.

They were investigated, found to have violated SEC regulations, Suspended and sent to the greys. FACT!!!

Now the question is do they proceed with the investigation to prosecute them for civil or criminal activity. They have 5 months to a year to make that decision.

Personally, I would bet big money that is exactly what happens but it really won’t matter because PHOT is going to the greys where it will suffer a slow death long before they get to that phase.
