not sure why i'm posting here. stock has been dead for quite awhile, and with no 15-12g filing, i won't be surprised to see this halted and dumped to the grey sheets. but...

twice this year i saw roughly 300k go off on a bid of .007-.0071. and the ask has not dropped. fact is, the bid is up today. not a lot of size represented, but with an o/s of 20M shares, and an a/s of 60M. this is a super thin stock. i wonder if someone has plans for it. promo, anyone?
