lot of buyer interest is going to be stimulated for any number of reasons:
1. great progress on the ground for the cannabis initiatives
2. long weekend so significant pent up demand is going to be unleashed
3. conference buzz as you have indicated which may lead to some very large buys tomorrow
4. short squeeze if the buying remains strong all day
so basically here is what is likely to happen:
shorts will launch an attack at approximately 15 after the market opens. this will get the cowards and the weak legs running to the hills. so there will be a slight dip.
I say a slight dip since the buying is likely to remain strong. smart people will take advantage of any minor dips tomorrow.
shorts will have failed at the end of the day and will try to cover and call it a day.
so we could very well approach $2 tomorrow.
now how close we get to $2 is anybody's guess. all I am saying is that people should not be surprised if we start approaching $2 at the end of the day tomorrow.
translation: it could be a good day for us in the cannabis sector tomorrow.
now if the markets tank then all bets are off but I don't expect the markets to tank tomorrow.
lets call it spring fever. markets are poised to make a little run tomorrow.
