And I will continue to challenge you that you don't know everything by an Oculus update. I'm certain in my mind this has been submitted long ago and has been a continuing point of discussion among the 3 parties involved. imo what you saw on Oculus was the "we finally agreed" entrance into their system. The permit comes shortly imo. You finding that on Oculus was not the beginning of the process but the ending of it. Take this all as my opinion and we shall see shortly if I am correct.
