Rod, Tibbar is in a great position to lead the way. They now have the experience of how to deal with large amount of red tape thrown at them. Anyone else trying to replicate what they have done will have to go through the learning curve that they did. Also once they are up and running they can put together turn key packages to market throughout the Caribbean.
