He's in a huge jam. He needs to pump the price up now to give himself a buffer. Probably why he put out the carrot of another PR is coming. If he can get the price to 0008 + he should be okay for May 1st. I am not sure if he can sustain the requirement much longer after the split but at least he has a better SS structure for his toxic partners in crime if he is de-listed to pinkie.

Watch for the 8K on April 30th breaking the bad news he was forced to do. IMO
