It's possible. But without a history of strong execution, I would be weary about my tax dollars spent this way.

GCEI should be 100% focused on achieving the milestones, as per their agreement with Sonoco.

Keep in mind that GCEI does not have proprietary or market disrupting tech. Execution execution execution.

Just hoping they are remaining focused on the big rocks rather than trying to gather as many little rocks as they can.
