I'm under the assumption that they have obtained the 55 million through some sort of financing. I do doubt they would initially drop that kind of news in the AR but i find it very odd that it says "Currently, we do not have any financing arrangements in place".
If they got a loan/loans that equal 55 million would they not have to put it in the filing?
