I agree with not selling. But I disagree with assumptions about clandestine shipments in Q1. They in fact did not ship any product in Q1.

According to the filings they have produced product to fill commercial orders in Q1 but "expected" to ship in Q2. Really? What does that even mean?

It's garbage...

Why would you produce product in Q1 for a confirmed product order and then have to put the disclaimer "expect" in front of shipping in Q2? Or more importantly why are you waiting to ship it period?

I believe someday they will launch, but this team has proven again they have no sense of urgency and are willing to miss huge opportunities like the symposium today.

Imagine them talking and talking about the product none of the doctors can get to their patients. They might as well be explaining how the magic beans make the stalk grow.
